At Handymans Hardware & DIY LTD trading as Boroughbridge Hardware, we take every precaution to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your order. Should this not be the case we will refund and/or replace any item subject to full compliance by the customer with our Terms and Conditions.

If the goods are faulty, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund it for you.

Customers have 30 days to contact us about a return and you must have a proof of purchase.

Refunds to debit cards make take between 7-10 working days to process.

If you have changed your mind about a product, contact us within 30 days of making the purchase and we’ll be happy to issue you with a credit note.

Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification e.g. personalised items.
